Beware of this attorney. He is by far one of the worst lawyers I have ever hired. When he was actually able to be contacted (which was rarely at best) he used profanities and hung up on me. Childish at best. Hired him to represent me for 3500$ and he withdrew himself from my case, during covid, because I was going to be a few days late on my last payment. He never explained the details of the case, the evidence was never shown to me even when I asked, and he missed several zoom court meetings, and never delivered on any of his promises when he made when he was hired. Mr. Hoffman does know what he's doing and he's very good at it. His office is a little on the non-communicative side, but they get the job done and I'm happy with the results. If you need to know every little thing, then he's probably not the best lawyer for you, but if you want him to handle everything, then he's a great fit!

Evan saved me from a hefty fine, sanctions from Tallahassee, and a misdemeanor conviction concerning a criminal traffic violation. i knew that the stop was illegal from the officer. Best traffic ticket license center. I would recommend him to everybody and anybody. I made an illegal U-turn and he got the case dismissed and dropped in one month.
