We had a leak that affected both levels of our house. I called PJ’s and they provided timely service. The problem was fixed as well as them giving us feedback about what steps we could take in the future because we will have some replacement of water heater and piping that will need to be done. Great service. Todd was great, very professional one of our piped poured water on him and I think his response was “oh goodness” it was very refreshing.

Desperate to find reliable, affordable water heater service we called at least 3 highly rated companies including PJ Plumbing. Melissa at PJ Plumbing took our call and was extremely helpful, patient, polite and knowledgeable with regard to what we deemed an emergency situation. She took the time to explain our options, rates for repair/ replacement and most importantly she was the only person who informed us how to reset our water heater as a possible temporary fix, until a service rep could be scheduled to come out and evaluate our situation. Excellent customer service is almost unheard of these
