Global Pacific acquired Financial Plaza for $14,240,000 from an undisclosed seller who has owned the building since 2007. Financial Plaza is located on the east side of the I-25 and Belleview interchange in Greenwood Village, which is one of the most dynamic and desired submarkets of the Denver Metro area.
The seller, Some Place On Wazee, LLC, had owned the building since 2004, having acquired the property as an investment. The Paper Building is located in Lower Downtown (LoDo), in the heart of one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Denver's urban core. The four-story brick and timber building contains approximately 49,316 square feet and is currently 100% leased to Inspirato.
Global Pacific acquired the property and leased it back to the current tenant - Ironton Distillery and Crafthouse, which will continue to operate onsite as a premier Denver distillery pub with an expansive tasting room and food menu. Global Pacific Parking in the Neustetter's Building between 15th and 16th on Stout is THE WORST. The stairwells and elevators are filthy and smell like a combination of urine and barf on most days. They have had the cut thru sections blocked off for months so you have to literally go to the very top level and all the way back down just to get out. And if you try to avoid that by going around one corner and a short ramp well after business hours, they send you a nasty email telling you that "if it's too much for you to follow the rules, then go park somewhere else. Gladly.
