Our goal is to build low cost, durable, and tax efficient portfolios that have long term predictable outcomes for each client. We implement proactive ETF strategies to skillfully navigate through changing markets. Each client will have their own unique investment allocation which may include private real estate investments for our high net worth investors.
We build asset allocation models that seek consistent returns, goal based investor behavior, with a focus on lowering volatility, taxes, and fees. We have a 500k minimum to get started. SWM only receives fees as a percentage of assets under management. This creates a fiduciary relationship as well as a long term partnership with our client's goals.

Our goal is to maximize diversification while minimizing expenses, taxes, and emotion. We strive to increase investor discipline, and goal based asset allocation. In addition to a constructing a liquid ETF portfolio, we think implementation of a core real estate strategy will lower volatility, taxation, and improve investor behavior.
We look to invest in real estate funds that have been able to achieve consistent returns and preservation of capital, while delivering stable yields and minimizing risk. Our current partners focus on California, Oregon, and Washington. Most funds within the portfolio offers investors healthy returns on loans with attractive loan-to-value ratios, which translates into lower risk.
