No matter what kind of siding you have on your home or building, the sides that see the least sun (usually the north facing sides) will eventually turn green. Why does it need to be cleaned? Why should I have a professional wash my house instead of just getting a pressure washer and taking care of it myself?
Most houses and buildings have gutters to divert water from the roof to the ground. But, if you have any trees at all around your property (or even on your neighbor's property), leaves from those trees will find a way to get into your gutters. Overflowing gutters can lead to erosion outside of your home or building, or worse, water damage inside.
Incorrectly installed, damaged or otherwise defective dryer ducts can also create a problem, restricting air flow or allowing it to vent where it shouldn't. Dryer ducts often have bends in them, sometimes several, making it very hard to clean thoroughly. An experienced professional can perform a thorough dryer vent cleaning and inspection, regardless of the length of duct or number of bends.

We were referred to squeaky clean for having our home power washed and the gutters cleaned. I was very impressed by this company! From the start they were very professional and cordial. When I called, they were able to quote me the work over the phone by looking at our house using an internet mapping service and by getting a rough estimate of the square footage of the house. This saved them a second visit and me the time to have them do an onsite estimate. The price quoted I thought was fair. When they did the work they showed up on time, were very presentable, asked appropriate questions

The team of husband and wife work like a well oiled machine. Polite, clean, and professional. My windows sparkle. Craig and Laurel do amazing work. They are super hard workers and are always easy to communicate with. They’ve pressure washed our house as well as stained our decks... and we are beyond happy! Craig and Laurel cleaned our windows, gutter, power washed the deck and driveway and stained the deck. Generally I do this work but a recent injury put me on the bench. Craig not only cleared my gutters quickly and professionally, he tethered a gutter that was loose due to a limb falling on the roof. Several downspouts were clogged and he got then all flowing again.
