Lakeside Architecture Inc. is an architecture firm dedicated to the custom design of lakeside homes, cottages and boathouses. Lakeside Architecture Inc. (formerly Smith Architect Inc.) was founded in 1963 in the Muskoka Region. During its long history in the North, the firm has designed and overseen the construction of multiple residential and resort projects.
It was essential for James Pitropov of Lakeside Architecture Inc. to perform a thorough investigation as the analysis was used as professional evidence for the purpose of issuing an Emergency Order under section 15 of the Building Code Act. Back in the early 1970s, I could pull up a piece of 26 to mark the measurements on, design it that day and install it the next. Now, it's two or three months just to plan.
