I went in with my Apple laptop and my moms HP. Told them what was wrong with each. They quoted me a price for each and within a day I was called back and both prices had gone up. When I went in to pick up my laptops both chargers were missing. I told him I know 100% positive that my apple charger was brought in. He handed me a charger that wasn't mine. They did a hard drive replacement on my Apple that still is running funny. They complete redid the HP and was asked to put a virus protection on it. HP is also not running properly. When I called to say I didn't see the virus protection

When I first walked in, a customer was picking up her repaired laptop but the owner lost the charger. He looked for it but eventually told her to either come back later or she never brought it. She was in a rush and even asked to buy a new one because her laptop would not work without a charger being plugged in.

Got a call saying my laptop was repaired around 1:30 and to come pick it up. Upon arriving at the shop at 2:30 in the afternoon and realizing nobody was there, I called the owner and he tells me he will have somebody to assist within 15 minutes, and he will be back in an hour. This is the middle of the afternoon on a Thursday, mind you.
