Once in the exam room, the technician greets you and promptly explains what is going to be done during your appointment and put you at ease. When the dentist comes in you are greeted by your first name and he explains exactly what he will do. Everything to be done is explained in detail before anything is done. Every step of the way everyone makes you feel welcome and glad you’re there thereby putting you at ease
