Dr. Mata is professional and personable during P.T. sessions. His exercise program has been at a level that was therapeutic but not overly strenuous. Under his care I made rapid progress in healing a knee injury. I can again walk on the beach without the severe pain I previously felt with every step. I highly recommend Dr. Mata for anyone requiring P.T.

I had ACL knee surgery and started my Physical Therapy with Surge Mobile. I met with Dr. Hugo Mata at the Port Isabel location. I absolutely love the service that is provided and Dr. Mata really cares about my successful knee rehab. He takes the time to explain the exercises and healing process in great detail. Two knee replacements in three months, and Dr. Hugo Mata’s care and concern has made this difficult rehabilitation soooo much easier. He worked with me to make sure the first knee was strong enough to handle the strain when I had the second one done. Just completing rehab on knee number two now. Could not be more pleased !!!!!!
