I had the most wonderful experience with this car service. In the midst of Seattle’s snowmageddon, my driver Elias picked me up from SeaTac and drove me to my parents’ home up in the hills of the east side. My driver told me that he even went to my family’s neighborhood before picking me up so that he knew he would be able to make it up the hills and get me home safely. I was so appreciative of how safe and comfortable I felt while riding in the midst of such a huge snow storm. Also, after calling the service to tell them how wonderful Elias was, they sent him back to pick me up from my parents’

We have used this company for airport runs for over 8 years, for ourselves and for out of town guest, even grandma. We have used town cars, SUVs, and limos depending on how many people we had. Never had a bad driver, never had them be late. They are well-organized and responsive. We have always been very pleased. One time there was a ton of snow and they managed to get an SUV out to take us to the airport. Great people.

I've only used Crown Limo as transportation during a wedding, so my experience is based on that service alone.
Do not use Crown Limo. I was incredibly disappointed in the quality of both the limo and the service we received. We booked a 6 passenger limo for 2 hours to take us from our ceremony, to some photo locations, then on to the reception.
Positives: the driver was on time and ready to take us.
Negatives: the limo itself was not up to par. In some places it was dirty (a few of the passenger windows looked like they'd been vomited on then wiped clean with a dry towel), and even

I contracted Crown Limo to provide transportation from the Space Needle to our hotel, Hyatt Place Seattle Downtown. Only 3 blocks of service and it was our wedding night. Unfortunately the car never arrived to the front of the Space Needle. My new bride and I had to ask a family member to drive us to the hotel.

I've recently started using Crown Limo for travels to and from SeaTac for my company. The feedback I received has been consistently positive. The drivers are polite, accommodating and flexible. Crown makes it easy for my team to be picked up outside Baggage Claim, eliminating the need to make the long (and cold) walk to the parking garage.
I highly recommend Crown for their excellent customer service. Their rate is only a few dollars more than cab fare but it beats having to stand in line for a cab, especially on a cold, rainy day.

I have been using Crown for airport service for about 5 years and have always been impressed with my experience. They are always on time (usually a few minutes early) the drivers are always friendly, and the town cars are clean and new.
I thought a car service would be way more than taking a taxi, its really not that much more and so worth it!
