I was a new patient today. From first contact with the intake desk, through the computer exam technician, and to the DO Horton, they were cold, impersonal, clipped in responses, and had no voice inflection. The guy at the checkout desk was nice.
I will say that the equipment is modern and the exam was thorough.
I suppose I would rather have a 10% less accurate exam by a place that is friendly.
