Absolutely love Dr. Bennett. She takes time with you. Addresses the situation or issue. Professional and really feel the caring. Cash based and totally worth it. First off I would love to share with you all how great full I am for having Dr. Bennett in my life. I have been seeing her for over 3 years now and I can't imagine not seeing her ever. I've seen her for back pain, pregnancy, emotional problems and I have also started taking my teenager to her too and he loves her. He sees her for wrist pain and many other reasons. This is long over due. I went to Bennett acupuncture looking for for a new acupuncturist in my network, Dr Bennett confirmed my insurance was in network (anthem blue cross blue shield). I went two weeks and On my third visit Dr Bennett told me my claims were being denied. I called my insurance and the claims were not even being submitted. I called again today and Bennett acupuncture is running claims with the wrong codes. After three months she is still trying to bill me and not contact my insurance.Unless you want to pay cash. I recommend another practice.

I love going to see Dr. Bennett. She is so professional and always checks in with me to see how I am feeling after each treatment. Her office is so relaxing and therapeutic. I love going to Bennett Acupuncture great office they are kind , compassionate and honest. Dr. Bennett is extremely professional...!!! The office is very clean and sanitary it allows you to relax and enjoy the treatment few times I even fell asleep during my Acupuncture session. With the COVID-19 they are taking precaution. I made an appt, had insurance, the front desk person charged me $350 "until insurance kicked in" and never reimbursed me. Another time I had an appt and without notice a male Dr came in instead of Dr Bennet whom I made the appt with.

Dr. Bennett is amazing! I want to first start off by saying she is extremely thorough and an expert in her field. With that being said at times she might not take every potential patient that comes her way.
