Our mission at Princess Dental Staffing is to streamline the connection of employers to dental professionals via a common online application. Using a simple design paired with a specialized search engine, we allow dentists to locate and filter through local candidates looking for work. Candidates are featured using profiles, which include photos, skillsets and other relevant information the employer may want.
Dr. Lewandowski practiced like any other dentist. Any time he needed a temp, he would use a local staffing agency to fill the need. The process was always a bit unnerving. He'd call her, she'd call him, then maybe she would call a few other people and if she found someone, she'd call him back. Or something like that.

Princess Dental Staffing has been so valuable to me especially now. I needed to rebuild my momentum in my career and PDS did just that. I got to experience different dental offices. Getting alerts on my mobile phone was great and I was getting booked often on my available days listed. I love that I can set my availability on my profile. I tried this company and I actually booked a temp job through them ,but I had questions about how my future employee was going to classify me .I finally found someone on chat and even though I was trying to see if they have something in place on classifying hygienists as employees and not Independent Contractor.This wonderful lady left the chat when I asked her if she was a hygienist .
This company seems to be a bit of a joke,but I guess I will know at the end of my temping gig .

Was very sick with a cough I had dizziness trouble breathing chest pain. I called the the job early but no answer. I decided to call back later. I laid down very ill as I had a fever. 3 family members tested positive for covid so I called for rapid testing, nurse advices me to Waite at lest two weeks after exposure since I needed to make antibodies for it to come out positive. Three days later I logged in to my Princess account and they canceled my account for temping I contacted Princess staff and they told me they needed proof that I was sick. They don’t care if you put patients life's in jeopardy

Princess Dental is amazing . for only $99 per month. I was able to select as many temp hygienist as I needed when one of mine was out with family emergency. They provide a photo, and bio on RDH . for a small addl fee you can download resumes.
I was thrilled when I first registered I found a hygienist for the next day and the entire process took less than 10 Minutes

Horrible customer service. Couldn't access any staff and see resumes, I called the 844 number in the website at 4:59, the reception as awful I asked if I could call him back because he was cutting out so badly he said we don't take calls after 5 so make it quick. Very rude online when I asked how to access resumes he told me how to deactivate my account, then when I call in to get clear answers he says make it quick. Please don't use them for staffing or to be staffed. They are horrible!

Great job board for finding temporary jobs/employers. The owner of the website is extremely rude and not reasonable to work with. Left a voicemail and email, and since did not get back to it in 10 minutes, cancelled a job for me. Account was suspended with no warning or notice of cancellation policy. Owner speaks very rude to employees and has attitude consistently. Will chose to go back to a professional agency.

As a Dental Hygienist needing temporary work, I must say this staffing agency rocks. Once registered with Princess, one can log on and apply for permanent or temporary jobs daily. Dental offices in need of a dentist, dental hygienist, assistant, or an office manager can look up your profile on line and can request up to five of their favorite dental professionals to apply for a temporary job, through text and email. The first dental professional to respond gets the job. Awesome service.
