The very professional service team of Damon - Howie - Jeff - Cliff - Justin installed a Furnace, AC unit, Hot Water Heater, and Ducting in my home. The replacement of the ducting lines was per my request to improve the heating and cooling of the home. Very happy with professionalism of Brandon and Austin (Job#112313) on 12/31/21. Emailed us to say they were on the way...Very friendly and knowledgeable. Explained what they were doing and answered any of our questions...Very informative...Despite the muddy conditions, cleanup around the site was excellent...Their attitudes were great and the whole installation process was problem free and a pleasure. The team was very thorough and made sure everything was right before heading out. I would recommend these employees for they were very respectful and made sure they didn't let the dogs out and wore covers on their shoes and cleaned up after they were done...leaving nothing to clean up...that was fantastic. Holland heating showed up for all pre arranged appointments on time and prepared . Very professional and courteous, answered all questions and was very clear on cost of service. Dylan and Frank were very professional and took their time installing my furnace and hot water heater. My family was in a no heat situation for almost a week. Holland’s salesman (Randy Phillips) was able to order my furnace and assist with an install to be a day later.
Very thankful this company was able to work fast and efficient. I also appreciated the thorough walk through from the installers on how my new system worked and how to keep it maintained for years to come.

The salesman that came out was Rick he was very nice and explained everything to my husband and I. Rick was not pushy and answered all of our questions. He stayed in contact with us until the technicians were on their way. The technicians were here before the appointment time I was impressed. They had a great personality and a good sense of humor. They arrived on time and were 2 of the nicest and most professional people we have ever met. They did a superb job, and went above and beyond. Called Saturday afternoon for an after hours service call ..The answering service said the on call tech would call me back shortly. I waited over an hour and no one called me. So I called Goyette Heating. Their tech called me back within 30 minutes. Today is Monday and Holland still hasn't called me. Will never recommend nor do business with zHollsnd.

We purchased a furnace/air conditioning system a little over a year ago, our system was installed but the installers were late for the appointment, after removing the drop ceiling in the basement to aid with installation, they never replaced the ceiling tiles where they were taken down, they literally left their drink refuse behind and the system wasn't working properly. Another installer came out to service it, she ordered a part, filled the system with freon, however it leaked out and we had no air conditioning until the part arrived and another installer came to install the part, weld

My experience with Holland heating was great from start to finish. The estimator came out, looked everything over and then asked us about our priorities and if we were interested in any upgrades above our current equipment. He provided options to the equipment we said we were interested in but never pressured us or tried to hardsell us on things we weren't interested in.
The installers, Matt and Josh, were 15 minutes late for the 8:30 am start time but called well ahead to let me know when they would be there. They made sure my Job # RA709202 looked like it was installed by professionals

HORRIBLE! I will never use this company again. I was scheduled for an appointment at 8am, and I waited about forty-five minutes before calling to check if everything was ok. I was told: "oh, the meeting ran late," "your appointment was over looked," and "we will call you back shortly." I waited an hour to call them back myself, and they asked me if I would like to reschedule because taking one day off of work to have them come out wasn't enough. Had new lennox furnace and humidifier put in on 2/23/16. The installation tech TJ showedbup promptly at 9am, explained what had to be done, and began working. Towards evening he called in co-workers Damon and Nevin(sp?) to help finish final connections. A lot of changes had to be made because our previous humidifier was installed incorrectly. We are very happy with the installation and the professionalism of the employees. We highly recommend Holland Heating.

A friendly technician (Jim W) came out and said the air conditioning unit was no good and the furnance wouldn't work. He quoted me $4,300 for a Trane furnance 8/20/2015. My friend went over to Holland's office in Davison asking if we could get a better quote to replace the Lennox furnance and a man by the name of Doug Griniger came to my home a week later. Mr Griniger was incredibly rude and disrespectful. I work from home and he sat at the table and tried to hard sell me. Mr Griniger then said he could replace my furnance for $3,300 and when I told him why I did not like Trane products

Technicians Andy and Damon just installed a new high efficiency Trane heating and cooling system plus a state of the art 'Nest' programmable thermostat I had purchased. Their work effort, knowledge of the equipment installation, and neatness all while being courteous and respectful to both my wife and I, was indeed very refreshing and very professional. Already there is a marked difference in the comfort of our home with the new equipment and now having the ability to remotely change the temperature of our home remotely through our smartphone
