We recently bought a home, and Marsha Tucker at Ochlocknee Bay was the selling realtor. She was a nightmare to deal with from trying for over a week to even get to see the house to waiting ridiculously long times for everything we needed from her for closing. It added a lot of stress to the situation, which is definitely not something you need when purchasing a home. I’m not sure if she is always this non-responsive, or if it was just because the house we were buying had a relatively low price-point, but either way, I would never use her or her company for anything I needed.

You cannot find a more responsive and professional rental agency in the area! Specifically, we have been working with Lauren Carroll, their rental manager, for the last 4 years. Lauren returns calls and emails promptly, and when there is a maintenance need at your rental, she addresses it immediately. Working with her and Ochlockonee is like working with a good friend. This has been especially true during the pandemic. You can be assured what you’re being told about the rental is spot on, which is reassuring when you are 1200 miles away and unable to visit the property before renting it. No surprises

We’ve rented vacation homes through Ocklockonee Bay Reality for the last 3 summers and have always enjoyed our stays! The most respectful, kind hearted people. We’ve never had any issues. And with the 2020 pandemic concerns, they were amazing at communication, always kept us up to date on the guidelines. I highly recommend their Beach House Rental Services! Can’t wait for the Summer 2021 season!
