Services
Our construction firm is located in McCall, Idaho and serves all of Valley County including Tamarack Resort, Donnelly and Cascade. In order to work closely with customers and deliver them an exceptional home, our construction team strategically takes on a select few projects annually so that we can dedicate our construction team's full resources and attention to each unique project.
We have built two homes and a shop with Alderwood builders and are so thankful we had the good fortune to meet Jason and Sarah as professionals. We built while being remote from the jobs 90% of the time, which reflects the trust we developed with them very early in the design and build process.
Both our homes and shop were custom builds as well - which are more complicated than a spec home and require more decisions, discussion, and understanding between both parties.Building in mountain country that McCall is in is not easy. You have to be true partners, be willing to give and take, understand what you can and can not do in these mountains to make it work.

What a great experience! From spending time with Sarah designing and coming up with ideas for our ideal layout and feel to seeing Jason's creative mind work as it came together, it just flowed. The craftsmanship their team provides is top notch. Hard to beat a cup of coffee out on the nice timber framed deck.

Alderwood Builders built my home for me up in the Spokane Washington area and were a DREAM TEAM to work with. From design through to occupancy they were amazing to work with and the communication was top notch. I actually had another, local, contractor lined up to work with me and I kept having communication issues with them.
