Room and Home began way back in 1988 as ABC Furniture, but the Room & Home name first appeared in 2000. We have grown steadily over the years and moved several times, always into larger showrooms. I purchased and sofa and love seat and the wood started to chip within a month. When I went back to see what they can do to help and they basically said best they can do is come take a look at it in 3 weeks because they are busy and they still have not come.

The salesmen are rude and try to act smart, worse than folks who try to sell you lemon cars. But the owner is really nice and helpful. They offered free shipping, no tax and 3% off if you pay by debit card or cash...pretty good savings. You have to ask to talk to the owner and be patient while dealing with sales person as they try to trick you into paying more...
