I recently needed a plumber to do some tub faucet repair. I called Kaduce and they sent out a young man named Tim. He did an outstanding job. He kept me up to speed as he went along telling what my options were. He had to repair plumbing that was 40 plus years old. Tim did a complete installation and made sure that all pipes were securely mounted. when he was done he did a double check on the installation to make sure there wouldn't be any problems in the future. Do not use Kaduce, they lied to me and did not repair my dripping faucet and charged me for driving time and promised that they would come back with a warranty part because the one they installed was defective and came back and instead of a drip it was pouring out. Did not hear back from them for over 2 weeks. I had to get someone else in to fix it which they did in less than 30 minutes. I called kaduce and requested a partial refund. Instead, they sent me another bill for over $200. In Total charged me $800 and did not fix my dripping faucet and would not give me a refund and tried to charge me

We had low water pressure and were not sure why. The technician that came to our house walked around for 2.5 hours and could not figure out why either, way too much time spent wandering around not knowing what he was doing. While he was there I talked to the city and they suggested it was likely due to water softener issues. We were still charged $250.

He ensured we were well aware of what the project may entail, and how extensive the repair could end up being, but with his expertise it was a quick fix and we are so pleased. Thanks!!

On New Year's Day, one of the coldest days of the year, our furnace was dead! When the plumbing/heating company we have used for 17 years (since we built our home) message machine said they did not have "after hours" service, we panicked and started calling other plumbing companies. Kaduce was the only one to respond. They came and took a look to determine if it could be fixed or replaced. We expected to have to replace but they said, with a few new parts we could keep it running! Woohoo!
