I purchased my first Toyota from them and had the car serviced there consistently for the 13 years I had owned it.
Went back because it was time to purchase a new car and we wanted to trade in our old Toyota. We had it looked at by service because there had been some recent problems. We were honest about the car and the used car manager offered us $500. The salesperson advised me of this and I asked for $1000 and we would have a deal. One week later I still have not heard back from the dealership.

Matt and Kasey (sales and finance) are the dream team at Greentree Toyota. They took a heavily biased opinion I had of dealerships through countless negative experiences and changed that in one visit. They even make themselves available well after the sale to make sure I’m happy and haven’t had any unanswered questions. They treat everyone with respect regardless, and I will only be going to this dealership in the future. I highly recommend Matt in sales and Kasey in the finance department. I will post another review about their maintenance schedule/services when the time comes. Thanks guys

$140 just to tell me that my car's check engine light was on due to throttle body component. Way too much to charge for diagnostic check. Then the sales person tried to convince me to get a replacement valued at$900.00. And refused to tell me the whole story about my car which had an additional$1900.00 worth of additional repairs needed. She was trying to nickel and dime out the total of $2,800.00. Such a same for a dealership to price it's customer in a pandemic.

Been coming here for at least three years now and each time, I’ve been treated with friendly professionalism. The staff are great, the waiting room is clean and pleasant and the service can’t be beat. They kept the appointment time and even finished ahead of their estimated time. Highly recommend Greentree.

We had a wonderful experience at Greentree Toyota and working with Peter. We needed a new car fast and he delivered. Our car was ready for pickup much sooner then expected. Peter did not give us any false promises and there were no hidden fees. We also really valued that he was easy to reach and always available to provide us with an update. Signing up for a loan was also a breeze , everything was clearly explained , and interest rate was low and as advertised. We highly recommend Greentree Toyota, amazing staff, great service and awesome car!

They worked effectively to resolve my little problem with registering my new car. They made after sales calls to make sure that everything is OK. Would be 5 stars if they could waive a hidden negotiable dealer fee which I didn't expect and only found out when I was signing the paperwork. Here was their answer: "Yes, this is negotiable but we decided not to negotiate." Do I recommend them? Well, professionalism: yes; Transparency: No, no, no.

I had a great experience here. My dad and I were able to find a nice affordable car that was in good condition. Michael really helped us with the paperwork that was needed, answered all our question and was very polite with all information. I always prefer to take my cars whether I own/lease to the dealerships service dept. as they know the car best and I have more trust. This is the 1st Toyota I have had and I don't like that I am never able to get pricing for service work when I call to make an appointment and that I have to wait till I bring in the vehicle for them to give me that information. Your prices are very high compared to other mechanics/dealerships in the area and surrounding towns and I come from NYC. Stay far away from Greentree Toyota. The repair shop is runned by Mark Tigner, who I have come to find out is a relentless liar. I can't print the full story here but I will get it out somehow. You would not believe how far he has gone with his lies. I had my 09 Prius towed to Greentree to be diagnosed after shutting off on the highway. They initially thought it was the hybrid battery. After replacing it under warrantee, they discovered the engine was seized. When my service advisor Reed Chatting called to tell me it needed an engine, I told him I would not put

My wife and myself walked into the dealer after talking to Richard on the phone. Our sales person Roberto (Bob-b) Ledesma was very friendly and took his time to make sure we saw all options available. We walked out of their after approx. 2 hours after we arrive as new owners of a 2018 Toyota Highlander Platinum. Bob-b took his time and explained all of the features our new vehicle had to offer. This is my 4th Toyota and 3 of them were purchased from Greentree Toyota. We will definitely refer friends and family and will be back to purchase our next vehicle.

This is NOT at all a fancy dealership with plush surroundings, but that wasn't our priority. We were very happy with a new Camry we leased from them three years back and have just returned, and we got a good deal and good treatment from them from start to finish. The lease price they quoted was significantly lower than what was offered in other dealerships for comparable non-Toyota cars as well as a quote in another Toyota dealership for the same car. I WILL NEVER BUY A TOYOTA AGAIN. Bought a new vehicle and extended warranty from Green tree Toyota.
I was experiencing problems when I first got the vehicle. we took the vehicle in for service and was told it was the brakes. Still had the same problems so I took it in for service again and was told nothing was wrong with it. I drove home and looked under the vehicle and saw it was leaking fluid from the differential. Had them replace the seal which took them a week and when I got it back the it was worse then when I dropped it off. Had to bring it to another dealership who had then had to replace

Last service visit - they said I needed a "large interval" service and to call ahead and get a loaner car next time. So this time, I go in, and all they have me down for is a "regular oil change" - no loaner car. I had planned my work day around dropping off my car for service and getting to a meeting. No loaner. Plans now are moot. No - you can not drop me off somewhere. No - I will not wait. I took my car back, and will go to a "quick lube" place this afternoon if I can fit it in.

HORRENDOUS experience. Period. If I could give them zero stars I would. The one star is for the fact that the owner, after sending him an email about what has unfolded, at least had the decency to call me and apologize for the COLOSSAL dealership screw up, involving a $10K "mistake", which I uncovered AFTER taking possession of the new vehicle, resulting in me returning it the very next day. How is that for an experience? Save your hard earned money and time and go shop elsewhere.
