We are a mortgage servicing company and in the course of our business, many of our investor clients desire to sell their notes or note portfolios from time to time. In addition, since we are a note servicing company, many investors contact us looking for single notes, or note portfolios, to purchase from our servicing clients.
You can look at borrower payment history, dates payments were made, lender disbursements and other details about each loan we are servicing through our secure on-line access. We take the worry out of mortgage payments and seller carry back transactions. You can be assured that every aspect of the loan servicing portion of your investment is under control.
Please consider that if the underlying mortgage and the new buyer have the same payment date, you risk a short turnaround time for the underlying mortgage payment to be made. We recommend a different due date from underlying mortgage, at least 15 days prior to underlying mortgage due date. Money orders, Cashier's Check, and Cash are given immediate credit.

I concur with other reviewers here as well. I began speaking with them in Oct 2020 to establish loan servicing for a wrap. I provided all the necessary documents by early November. I answered questions via email which I had already answered in the provided documents.
They simply stop communicating with me -- I have inquired multiple times with and they will return my communications. There is only one person who is responsible for new account onboarding, his name starts with an F.
I've lost two month of time waiting for a response. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.

Stay away from here specially if you are doing wraparound mortgages. They will not pay the underlying loan and send you the money instead to leave you to deal with late fees, happened to me more than once. Fernando is the one I was dealing with, seems very professional but has a big ego and won't admit when he is wrong.
