Landmark Engineering has over 15 years experience in the Telecommunication Land Surveying field. Our experienced staff is here to help you with your cell tower survey needs. Needed a plat of survey to install some outdoor jobs (fencing, driveway, etc) my village informed me although both of my neighbors had fencing that clearly showed where one property start and finish I still had to get a updated plat of survey to receive my permits. Landmark got the job done in a timely manner and pricing was fair compared to other land survey companies in the area.

When I did work, the business used Mark to do our surveys on Real Estate transactions. Others took 1-2 weeks to receive the completed work. Not Landmark! We received our work 3-4 days. This business, along with our choice of Title Insurance company, helped us to be ready as quickly as 1-2 weeks to be ready to close. The only wait was from the buyer's mortgage loan company to give a clear to close.

I have argued with them for years over a mistake on a residential survey. At first, they said they would send someone out, later it became a "we'll have someone stop by and verify your survey (and correct it) then next time they are nearby. They know they are wrong, and will not correct the survey. Now they won't return phone calls.
