Do NOT use this appraisal company!!! Very unprofessional and lack of knowledge and ability will cost you. In short, our property was severely undervalued by Don. Even after sending receipts of updates that had been done to the property, there was no change in value. We had also noted to Don that the report was completely wrong on some details, such as parking. Our condo was being purchased with 2 covered parking spots, which have a ton of value $50-80K, but the report showed them as "assigned" not "owned" (which are just check boxes on the report) and I guess Don ASSUMED all condos in the complex

Horrible horrible experience. Not only did I feel belittled and ignored during my appraisal but the amount quoted was beyond horrid. 5 other neighbors were shocked and disgusted by the report I showed them. Even my previous neighbors who just sold their home were surprised as their smaller home with less acreage was appraised the same as mine. To top it off I realized he lied to me about his name when leaving. Too bad his website has pictures next to names where they can be checked. In the end I paid for a crappy appraisal that made me lose my refinance. If you have a choice DO NOT pick this company
