Dr. Bob has post-graduate certification as a Chiropractic Sports Physician, Applied Kinesiologist, and Kinesio taping. He has used the tools of Applied Kinesiology throughout his thirty-eight years of practice in Vancouver, Washington.

I went to see Dr. Allen with tension in my shoulders 2 years ago. The adjustments didn't help, so I ended up seeing him 3 times in a week. On the 3rd adjustment my neck cracked loudly and hurt, he said I hope you don't hate me for that. The next morning I couldn't move, my neck was in terrible pain. When I called the office with my complaint they got me in immediately, the visit didn't help. By the third day I went to the doctor who diagnosed me with severe whiplash. I was seeing massage therapists 2 to 4 times a month to help the awful pain. I can no longer afford that so

Dr Bobby Allen was wonderful and also very considerate. He explained everything ahead of time, did a thorough exam that relieved my mind about various concerns and also told me where my pain probably was before I told him.
I had a painful Christmas holiday and I wish I would have gone about 10 days earlier. I will definitely put him on my contacts!

Dr Bob (Sr) is an amazing healer! He just seems to know where the underlying problem is and can get right to it. He is personable, caring and skilled; sharing his knowledge of how the body works and how to breathe properly to maintain the body's balance. His office staff is positive, upbeat and personal and they truly care about the individual.

Today was such a life changing day for me on SO many levels. Anyone who lives in the Portland area and needs chiropractic care has to make an appointment to see Dr. Allen Senior in Vancouver. He changed my life today. I've been to other chiropractors but he is soooo different and SO unique. For the first time in almost 10 years I can breathe without pain.. This is the only Chiropractor I will see and I have already referred friends and family here. After only one session I felt better than I had in the past year. Allen Chiropractic is a wonderful family business with an extremely friendly and welcoming staff. Even if you are reluctant to try chiropractic care (like I was), I highly recommend you give these guys a shot. They are great at what they do and seem to really care about their patients' well beings.
