In a slippery business of used office furniture, these guys are circulating the bowl and need to be flushed down where they belong. They tell you what you want to hear hoping you are less intelligent than them. They lack basic honesty and integrity. Their inventory is weak and quilty is poor. Time I will never get back dealing with these jokers. Do yourself a favor and move on.

I called looking for a quote for used office furniture...
Dirk answered and was very rude and unprofessional.
He laughed at me because I didn't know what I specifically wanted and was seeking advice. He then told me he was helping a customer and slammed the phone down. He came back and didn't seem to want to help me.
I ended up hanging up on him.

I recently had a great experience and would like to share. My really old computer chair finally gave up and I went shopping at VALUEMANDER, found one that looked OK, took it home and in a short while found that it didn't fit me. I called Dirk, asked if he would exchange it . Without hesitation he agreed. I now have a chair that fits perfectly. I value integrity and honesty and the guys at VALUEMANDER have it.
