Our company was founded in 1992, as Lifestyle Builders. In 2011 the name was changed to Curtis Graf Homes to reflect the owner's close control and involvement in the day to day activities of the business. Curt came to Park City in 1976 for the skiing. Back in the days when building was still a seasonal activity he taught skiing at Park City Mountain Resort in the winter and worked construction in the summers.
In 1982 he started a wood siding company with his brother, Bob, to service Park City's growing homebuilding market. In 1992, looking for more of a challenge, he sat for his General Contractor's license and opened a Home Building business. His ten years working in siding had introduced him to most of the subcontractors around and showed him the good, bad, and ugly of construction in the Park City area.

Services
We have over 25 years of experience as a custom home builder in Park City and the surrounding areas. Many of our subcontractor partners have worked with us 20 years or more and we have a good working relationship with the building departments in the Park City area. We have in house design capabilities but can also help find the professional designer or architect best suited for your custom home.
If you have your design already we take your plans and do the rest; Plan review, Budget, Schedule, Permits, Subcontractor management, Inspection and QC, Accounting, Client communications, punch-list, and warrantee. In short, we bring your dream to life. Starting from scratch? We will help you select a lot, then design a house for it.
Of all the professionals in this process you will spend by far the most time and money with your builder. You must find a builder who is not only able and willing to do the job, but with whom you feel you can establish a good rapport. After all, you may spend a year or two working together. Be sure to check references and verify your contractor's license and other credentials.
