I have this company come To my home and said they would provide me with an estimate by the end of the day, three days later I had to reach out to them and then the guy informs me That they are booked that day I said well thank you for letting me know and he hung the phone up poor customer service

First, I want to say I do not cold call a business when I am looking for work to be completed. I do not use advertisements either. I only use referrals from trusted sources. But in this situation, I did not know anyone to call. I googled movers in Clarksville and found Rocky Top Movers. I called/talked to Bernie, the owner. He was in the middle of the move and provided the office person, Shelby. She got me on the books.
We moved from Houston, TX to Clarksville, TN. It was a rough trip. There is NO way my husband and I could have unloaded the truck and trailer without Rocky Top’s help.

Rocky Top Moving is the best!!! They moved my daughter to Atlanta for a GREAT price. They moved her for half the price of the other companies. Not only that I cancelled him because all her furniture was not here, then it arrived I called him back and he had booked the dAte, but found a way to work us in the next day...Now that's CUSTOMER SERVICE! They were professional and very friendly. My items all arrived from Clarksville in perfect condition. I will most definitely use them again and highly recommend them.
