Shawn is an excellent locksmith! He is professional, punctual, knowledgeable and personable. He rekeyed several of our closet locks and reinstalled a gate lock that had been improperly installed. I put a Yelp request for quotes out and Shawn was super quick on the response, reasonable on the rate and got the job. I wanted to re-key our new house and he did a quick assessment (no charge) and found that one of the knobs was internally broken and another knob recommended to replace. So as to not leave us with protection (as who knows how many keys are out their from the past residents), he re-keyed our locks and directed us to the best replacement hardware. We got that and he came back to finish the job with no extra charge for the second trip. He wore a mask and was respectful our space.

I needed 5 locks re keyed and 1 deadbolt replaced, Sean responded to my request thru Yelp within minutes, answered all of my questions and was able to schedule the job within the hour. Shawn is friends with a friend of mine and wouldn't come out to get me into a rental house I was staying in because he didn't believe i was staying there. I had the owner call him but he still wouldn't come out. I called ESP and they came out immediately without a problem. Shawn has an attitude issue.

I called Shawn to see if he could customize a Schlage lock to fit a custom gate. He came by the following morning and gave a well thought out plan. The following day he came back and installed the lock within a couple of hours.
He showed a great deal of care, knowledge and worksmanship working on the gate and understanding the time that was dedicated to building it.
I would recommend his work and thoughtful approach for projects large or small.
