I dropped my Jeep off in the morning to get decals installed. I come back at 4 pm and it wasn't done. He said a couple more hours. So I left. I call at 5 pm and Noone answers. So I go up to the shop and its closed. My Jeep sitting in the parking lot. No decals and my keys in the spare tire holder. No call or anything was done by him.

I asked for a small sign and gave him a picture of what I needed. It took him two and half weeks to tell me that he was too busy and he couldn't get to it. I've heard through the grapevine from a different company that there are several other customers of his going to them because he did the same to them. He's done this to me before, and I will take my business elsewhere. If he doesn't have time for a 25$ job I feel like he wouldn't have time to do any other job bigger than that. Vital Signs is not a good company whatsoever.

After getting a new logo designed for my business, I had to have the logo and lettering from my truck removed and the new one put on. Rick and the guys at Vital Signs did an outstanding job removing the old stuff and putting the new stuff on. The lettering was aligned right and my truck looked a lot better when they were done. I will definitely be using them again!
