Please don't ever come here unless you want the run around from young hot heads who don't know what the are doing. They need to seriously readjust their attitude. I can't believe how rude they are, and accusatory, like I was lying about what I thought had happened to my computer. They fixed things that didn't need fixing without my approval and overcharged by a landslide. They also returned my computer in twice as much time as they had originally claimed, and when I called to check on my computer repair, the owner and a very young guy, M.F. told me they were backed up for
