The Staff at Fibonacci Smile is a group of professionals dedicated to provide their clients with quality dental services in a friendly atmosphere. Debra has been practicing hygiene for over 30 years. She attended Barry College in Miami before transferring to the University of Rhode Island in Kingston where she enrolled in the Dental Hygiene program, earning her Associate of Science degree followed by a Bachelor of Science degree.
Typical health care model is disease centered and crisis oriented. Dentistry has done a wonderful job of adding prevention to this model, but dental examinations and treatment plans are still typically geared toward crisis management of disease and some pathology. Pathology from occlusal disease is often ignored, or treated solely with a night guard.
In the past few weeks, we've navigated a time in modern history unlike any other. Across the country, elective medical and dental care paused. I had my initial visit at Fibonacci Smile today, and was blown away by the exceptional customer service. Every employee was warm and caring and the office is beautiful with state of the art equipment. Dr Milner and his staff are very professional and compassionate. I would highly recommend this office for your dental care.

This place was simply the greatest. Authentic warm welcome. Advanced level of technology in a context of solidly communicated caring. You feel like you're in a posh spa instead of a dentist chair, which chair by the way was the most comfortable ever. Everything was communicated step by step so you're not left in silence wondering what's going on… with my mouth? Some laughter and lightness joined with conversational questions that aren't intrusive but solicitous of how you're doing. I wanted to wait until i'd actually had work done before writing a review (though my initial consultation was probably the most thorough I have ever had - and i've had a lot of dental work done elsewhere, i left incredibly impressed with the whole experience). Everyone here is just fantastic, super friendly and puts you immediately at ease but to get down to brass tacks - Dr. Doug Milner is hands down the most knowledgeable dentist in the area. I highly recommend this office for anyone's dental needs.

The Fibonacci Office is the premium role model of what the Best Dentist Office should be like ~ Or perhaps it is the Luxury 5* Resort version of Dentist offices!!
Warm & welcoming, you're always met with a kind greeting by the staff AND the decor, as it feels like a very relaxing beautiful home. And as an extra-ordinary touch, you might have your hands dipped in wax & placed in warm mitts before you go back and asked if you'd like to watch a movie during your time there!
Best of all, they are very particular about the work they do ~ perfectionists, which is ideal for dentistry
