In many cases, 80% equipment is present when we enter a home. If a customer is interested in a higher efficient piece of equipment we can install any PVC chimneys to the equipment's specs.
Furnace is not producing ANY heat- This is a common occurrence, usually at the beginning of heating season. It can be prevented with a seasonal tune-up. However, if you are not getting any heat from your furnace check your thermostat. Make sure it is set to the HEAT setting and is set to the correct desired temperature.
Our certified techs will clean and adjust parts and mechanisms in your furnace to keep it running efficiently. A comprehensive inspection is imperative to detect any potential issues. This simple tune-up can prevent a furnace breakdown, reduce the risk of requiring any major repairs, and provide you with a comforting indoor space.
If you are opening a new business and need heating and cooling solutions or would like to simply upgrade your business, we strongly recommend you to consider a package unit. These units are energy efficient and can keep costs of a comfortable indoor space down. They are easily accessible for maintenance and repairs.
In most cases a line set can be repaired but sometimes during the construction of your home builders can put copper connections behind a sheet rock wall. In this case, a new line set can be ran if necessary. Other refrigerants are stocked in our warehouse or any local supply house. If the type of refrigerant is known, please let our customer service representative be aware when you call.

Had East Coast come by and fix my old unit. Told me it was on its way out and I should get it replaced. Old unit ended up breaking 3 more times so I had them come again and put in a new furnace and AC unit. They were done very quick and did a very thorough job. Recommended to family and friends and will use them in the future.
