I made a reservation for a 9 passenger van for a company field trip. I received a quote and was able to make the reservation the same week as the needed day. The booking process was easy. The driver showed up on time and everything went great. I did not personally go in the van, but it looked nice from the outside. Everyone that was involved in the event received a thank you from the manager stating that everything turned out great.

Been using LX for years...doesn't matter how much my flights have been delayed or how early I need them, they are always on time and waiting for me. (I even had a flight arrive something like 7 hours delayed at 4am once and they were there as promised. They simply followed the flight info and got someone there in the wee hours of the morning.)
They don't have a mobile app like Uber but we don't live in an Uber friendly area (rural Eastside) but someone is always available on the phone.
I keep my card on file so the only thing I need to do is send an email with dates, times

I had a very similar experience to Cindy C. below. I called LX Limo to make a reservation and they asked for my credit card information before walking me through the terms of the agreement. I complied with the request as I was not expecting such shady business practices. I received the agreement a couple hours later via email. In their email, they asked that I send a photo copy of my credit card along with the signed agreement. This made me feel very uncomfortable so I replied to the email to cancel the unconfirmed reservation. Later in the afternoon, I receive a reply stating that I cancelled

Terrible business practices.
I had no issue with the driver or the actual car itself, but when I got the bill, they had tacked on an extra 30 minutes to the initial quote, added on extra gratuity, and increased the gas surcharge, which came out to about $75 more than the initial quote. When I pointed out the discrepancy between the final bill and the initial confirmation, I was informed that they charge from when the car leaves the garage to when it returns. This would have been fine with me, had they made clear up front that 30 minutes of the three hour minimum would be dedicated to the driver
