Fees for everything. They let u go for w/e reason and then claim you quit. Was let go for not having a DR excuse - during the pandemic when no doctor would see you unless you were dying. Offered to show proof that I saw an online DR and said they would only accept an excuse. Now I have to fight unemployment to make sure they don’t make me pay back the thousands they already gave me

BE CAREFUL! My first assignment was and is the last one for this scam company.
Industryone sent me on a 9 hour assignment on a Tuesday to a company named Moving Solutions two weeks ago. The shift was only 5 hours. Didn't get paid those hours the next pay day, Monday, until I called Industryone. Industryone sends pay between 2-4 pm on Mondays. At 5, I called Industryone and was told they never received a time sheet from Move Solutions. Called again at 7. Still no pay or timesheet. Called at 9 pm and Desiree told me it'll take 25 minutes to put the funds on my card. She said they never received

I can give it no stars. My sister and her friend applyed and worked at the Alamodome for them, weeks later they got no pay and my sis and her friend called them and then the staff tells them them they cant pay them because no proof of hours! My sister sent them pictures to them that they were working there. How can they get the proof of hours if the people who own the event disappeared?!!. Dont go here people! They will steal your money and me and my boyfriend were there when they watch the video and etc!! They steal peoples money!

Work for event. Next thing you know never get paid =(. Says I need proof of hours even they should be the one know that you clock in the place. I work at alamodome for 1 day and never got paid. They are suppose to know their own employees how long they work there. PLEASE DONT WORK HERE! EVEN U HAVE MONEY TROUBLE FIND ANOTHER PLACE THAT WILL ACTUALLY HELP U!

Let’s start by saying that industry one is more than an employment staffing agency. Their staff make you feel very welcome, they listen of your employment preferences and they will place you in the best opportunity based on your skills, experience and within their employment opportunities available. Everyone would love to make $20 + here in San Antonio, TX, but the average pay rate still competitive when compare with another employment agencies. I have been with Industry One for about 3 months now, and I love them! The women that helped me out are awesome, I had only one problem with not getting paid ONCE, but that was fixed and I have not had that problem again. They have plenty of work, you just have to be willing or WANTING to work.
The only thing I don't agree with is that moneycard, we get paid every week but our checks are placed on a card that doesn't work in certain stores BUT to get around that I just take all my money out and put it in my bank account so I don't have to bother with all the fees etc.. I really do not have anything

Make sure you track your hours and request pay stubs every chance you get. these people make "mistakes" for payroll so much that it got me thinking they are committing Fraud. they will literally try paying you for 6 hours instead of 9 and then blame it on "bad math" or will say they sent the money to a different person

Have had pretty much nothing but good experiences with them. I went to Industry One just looking to get placed for a couple of days so I could have a little money saved up & set aside for when I was ready to approach something a little more...financially substantial (it's a temp. agency; most them don't pay more than $8-$9 per job/ticket), and they didn't disappoint.

Applied and never called me back then a month later I called to check my application status and they said couldn't find it. I have to reapply. They said there not sure what happen and said just to apply again. So what for ? So they can not call me for another month! I was checking like every other day until she said We will call you, so I waited for a freaking month! And then they lost my application! Sloppy! Now imagine how sloppy and disorganized they are with your paperwork for work, your hours and your payroll!
