Great work! They were very professional and easy to work with. I have had other experiences with body shop they were not good! This was the best one I have experienced. They were very meticulous from body work to painting. My car is a three coat paint job and painting was exceptional. It looks as good as when I bought the truck from the dealer 2 1/2 years ago! I would Recommend them to anyone.

Extremely happy with the professional service and attention given to us by Jose and the staff from Falls Auto Collision. We were kept updated on a daily basis the status and they promised a prompt turnaround time and kept their word. Also provided an amazing finished product and went above and beyond to deliver a brand new car that looked like new the day it was bought from the dealer. I spent about 20 minutes going from garage to garage looking for someone to repair the cover on the bottom of my car. Everyone was too busy and asked that I made an appt.
I then tried Falls Auto Collision who was extremely busy as well but took time out of their busy schedule to do the simple repair. The staff was professional and very welcoming. I am try appreciative. If I ever need repairs again I will definitely give them my business.

I Recommend this shop more than 100%. I had an issue after the accident repairs were made and because of the pandemic, I couldn't take my car, then the INS didn't want to help much even when It said that was a LIFE time warranty by the car INS! The shop was nice and very professional. They cover and took care of my car issues. Thanks to Juan THE Manager That new my situation and The OWNER of the shop, I AM VERY HAPPY TODAY. I had the most amazing body work done on my poor 08' Scion that was hit head on in the front. You can't even tell it was ever in an accident. Juan and his crew do the most amazing job, I can't tell you how perfectly done this paint and bodywork was, the price was very fair, and service and all around job was just impeccable. I highly recommend. All you have to do is talk to Juan and you'll be able to tell he's an honest straight shooter that pays attention to detail and knows what he's talking about. This is a hidden gem in Miami.

These guys did a great job on my vehicle. They also gave me date my car would be done and it was in the time frame they said. The customer service was key! Communication was always on point. The paint work was great, and am very please . I chose this shop since I was in and accident and it was an insurance recommended shop, I will definitely be bringing my cars here for more work.
