Ascend HVAC

Firstly, i don't give many 5 stars. You have to wow me in order to get 5 stars, otherwise you're just a 4 star company doing excellent work. I was in need of quite a bit of work: new furnace, A/C refrigerant lines being re-run, new heat registers in a basement, and a new humidifier. I got 3 bids for all that work, (companies will remain anonymous… for professional reasons), and Ascend HVAC came in at the cheapest, AND they use a high quality system (Carrier). One of those bids came in at...no joke....TWICE the amount that Ascend HVAC bid me.

They installed three furnaces in a building 2.5 years ago. Having them cleaned and tuned up fir this fall 2021, my new HVAC guy just showed me the horrific install they did. From wires going through rough metal openings now fraying and shorting out, to sloppy vent install to using the wrong materials. Their terrible install could have cost someone their life or the very least serious damage to their property.

I went after Marc based on google reviews (Google messed up his company's reviews so it may show just a few now. But there were tons of 5 star reviews when I last time looked at them), and I am so glad I did. I got a high quality AC unit with a very reasonable price, unbeatable from any other bids. I got prompt responses with all my questions. On top of factory parts warranty, I have also 5 year labor warranty from Marc.
