This firm is unprofessional. I lost my PPP due to the lack of response from them. The person whom I was dealing with was out of the office and my taxes were completed but nobody there would send them to me. I called and emailed for three weeks. Finally, I got through and was told I had to wait for him to get back. When I called to let them know what happened due to the lack of response I was told, "I am refunding your money and never want to hear from you again". Really?
