I had planned to change careers but the only experience i really had was in law enforcement. I was looking for something challenging but most importantly for me was a wonderful schedule to be at home with my children at night; And not in law enforcement. That afternoon he had an interview lined up for me with a very large casino industry in town. At first i thought people don’t get “great” schedules doing casino work. Alas the job is ideal! I really like this staffing agency. I have never used one before but have interviewed with one other since moveing to Vegas. I was very unimpressed with the one I first interviewed with and was weary of trying again. I first interviewed with Evin, she was great and asked through questions (I’ve been an interviewer and been interviewed a lot so I know when people actually are trying to get a good feel of you). Very disappointed. I traveled way across town to meet the recruiter. Possible employment opportunities were dangled in front of me, but my resume never sent to employers. I had to beg to receive the skills testing. Never received any responses or job referrals.
I'm not sure what their angle is, but it doesn't appear to be job assistance.
