Wolniak Architects is a professional architectural consulting firm well versed in the issues associated with, the design and implementation of new as well as adaptive reuse and renovation projects. The expertise essential to fully evaluate the potentials of any given site has been developed over years of providing such services to independent local, regional, as well as, national clients.

Beginning in 1986 Wolniak Architects has provided services to private developers, government agencies, utilities, institutions and private industry developing a proficiency in the associated fields of interior design and site planning as well as engineerings disciplines that allow for the full service approach in developing a total designed environment.
Services
New restaurant, serving equipment and cabinetry was integrated into the interior with new finishes including wood was selected and new furniture installed to reinforce the dynamic established by the new interior architecture. Two adjacent recently renovated historic structures provided the basis for the third incarnation of Pascale's, a fine dining restaurant in as many decades.
This new two story 3800 sf. per floor steel frame structure with leasable office space at the second floor is intended to be owner occupied fall 2009 on the ground floor by an existing dental practice.

Designed for a sole practitioner and a possible future partner specializing in family dentistry, the expanded practice is to incorporate eight (8) operatories, in addition to staff / conference area, reception, sterilization, standard billing and office functions.
Incorporating The Community Darkrooms, UUTV, a campus television broadcast facility, WJPZ, a student run commercial radio station, Lightworks, the parent group and the guiding force for the all work done at the darkrooms, a Multi media theater/ lecture hall seating 236 and The Good Food Store, a university operated convenience store, the facility provided numerous challenges in planning to retain the individual identities while developing a cohesive total project.
An 1860's vintage 5 story brick structure in the Armory Square District of Syracuse, New York that up until recently was used as a beauty supply store and warehouse facility now provides a home for a local telecommunications and internet provider with 4 floors of offices and a restaurant / tavern at the ground floor.
