We have been using Mountain Pride for over a decade now and they are and have always been fantastic to work with! Professional, helpful, courteous, and fair. They offer a variety of services in addition to carpet cleaning such as grout cleaning, ozonation treatments, mold remediation, flood/leak restoration, etc. We've used them for all of it and they are excellent every time. Best of all, they are FAST! Often times available for same day service and always available in the event of an emergency. That's crucial for us and they always deliver. The service was great, good value for the money, and everyone I interacted with was wonderful to work with. From Alex (the technician standing in for Tara who answered all my questions, scheduled my appointment and then answered all my questions again AFTER the visit!) to Ashley and Curtis ( who performed the work with a smile, answered all my questions, gave me multiple estimates to help me keep the costs down, but also got the work done thoroughly and efficiently without taking up too much of my day!) to Tara who followed up making sure I got my invoice and allowed me to ask about any off-season

Really impressed with not only the customer service but the finished product. Our carpet was pretty trashed and we were considering getting new carpet, but wanted to try Mountain Pride. Luckily we did, after the cleaning it gave it new life again and looks great. Everyone from the office staff to the people who came to do the cleaning were very nice and professional. Would definitely recommend.
