This was my first auction experience and they are phenomenal!! The whole team is amazing!! Dean Gulbranson was great!! I have suffered some loss and they showed me that South Dakotans are wonderful people. I will never be able to repay them for their kindness. The whole team works together like clockwork. I would recommend them any day!! They are the best!

Professional, friendly staff!! This is my first experience in handling an estate. The house needed a lot of TLC and personal property was well used. I questioned if they would even be interested in selling this estate. This did not deter Chuck or Jared at all! They were so positive and encouraging from our first contact.
On sale date, they handled everything!! So timely and appeared they have fun working to get the best for their client, and they DID!!! Chuck, Jared and Dean are all awesome auctioneers!! Val is so personable and handled clerking duties amazingly. Val and Matthew are supportive

I recently purchased a 4x12 table on one of their wood working auctions and was told to be there by 5pm the following day and they (auction house) would have help there to load it.
I arrived at 4pm and no one from the auction place was around to help load it. They did call back the following day but chuck would not apologize for any wrong doing.
Call me old school but if i say I’m going to be there at a certain time and day then by god i will be there. If you don’t have your word in the auction business then best not be in it!!!

Sutton Auction just handled my business auction and you couldn't ask for a more professional crew.
I heard back from them promptly in both e-mails and phone calls. I had a number of questions as this was my first time having an auction. Every member of their staff was helpful and courteous.
On the day of the sale, Val, Jared, Chuck and their employees worked quickly to get things set up. They evaluated items to make sure that groups of items worked to both get folks bidding and make sure that we moved the sale right along.
I overheard several people say how smoothly the event was run.
