Ironically, I was referred to Joe Gracie by another structural engineering company. I called him and he spent time helping me with my effort to select a replacement window for my older home. He helped me sort through some conflicting information from the different contractors, mnufacturers, and window suppliers. For this I am most grateful. The Greater Philadelphia Region is loaded with extremely talented structural analysts, which further fortifies this statement. Joe Graci, hands down, is far and away the best. Philadelphia was fortunate to have him over his 45 years in public service as the highest ranking structural engineer, saving the integrity of hundreds of museums and other structures we take for granted.
