I am self-taught and learned by doing, failing, dusting myself off and trying again, no fancy degree, just good old fashioned real world experience. I have worked with big name brands like Under Armour, Dell, AMD, Penn State University (the list goes on). I have also worked with small businesses and upcoming entrepreneurs and the goal is always the same.
My services are not limited to design. Over the years I have grown to understand that my clients need more than just a good looking website. Bottom line they are approaching me with a need, a problem and are looking for a solution. My job is to solve these, and help take away the technological stress involved in running your business website.
Texas Hotel & Lodging Association needed a complete redesign, rebuild and migration from another outdated system. This project included porting over thousands of members, with accounts and profiles, and historical data. The new system features member-restricted content, a customized booking integration for their members' hotels, and a complete event management system.

He is a fraud. Don’t even bother to talk to him. He cheated me of $5000. He does not return phone calls or replies to text messages. He has not delivered even a single file and vanished the moment he got the advice of $5000. It has been 3 months since and I am unable to contact him via the 2 phone numbers or emails.

Matthew Wooddard is a very Cheap guy running a freelancer company @ matthewwoodard dot com, and not paying to webdevelopers. Before to give work to him or take work from him, ensure your payments, if you are asking afterwards, he will simply telling you, he is in vacation, and refuse to pay anything. Very cheap in his attitude. Very tough to get payment from him. Beware of this guy Matthew Wooddard!

Matt helped to design our new website and brought it from the 90's into the new Millenium. Most importantly, he was able to build a site that we could quickly modify and run experiments with, saving us a lot of time and money going forward. We continue to see a difference in both traffic and conversions.

I just want to add that I had made my peace with this and had accepted that some people in this world aren't responsible, honest or able to handle their finances/lives.
Since the second bounced check I have gotten zero communication from Matthew.
I truly wish he'd never contacted me because it feels like being stolen from all over again. To see the money in my account TWICE only to have it disappear with a $12 NSF fee added is beyond frustrating.
Matthew Woodard looks like a very talented designer with a successful business. I'm not sure why he can't or won't repay

We hired Matthew to create a Website and blog for us and were more than pleased with his work ethic and communication throughout the entire project. Matthew took all of our ideas and put them into a great website for our company.
From the start of the project he created a communication log through a great website that tracked all of the progress and conversations. I trusted Matthew to build a website for my business and he completely and totally let me down. He took my money and NEVER delivered a product. Matthew has not returned my money to me and I would NEVER recommend his services to anyone. If you are looking for website services in Atlanta or anywhere, DO NOT hire Matthew Woodard..
