I have been working out for 45 years, in lots of different places with pluses and minuses. This little gym is a gem! It's not big but it's well stocked and one of the cleanest places I have ever seen! If Mayberry had a fitness place, Two Peaks would be it. The staff are among the friendliest folk around and the surrounding town of La Veta is beautiful. We are retiring here partly because this place has a great little place to work out. My wife and I give it 2 thumbs up!

I was in shock the first time I went to the gym in La Veta,. It was clean, friendly, and no attitude. Jack the manager greets everyone and is very helpful. I needed a cell phone that worked in a rural community, he recommended Cricket in Trinidad, gave me directions, and my cell phone works great.
I go to the gym daily and find the members to be polite, respectful, and encouraging. Last week I saw Jack sweeping the sidewalk. It's refreshing to see a manager take pride in his work. It has a positive effect on the membership.
I wanted to keep this gym a secret, but a solid gym helps balance life
