EVS Chairman of the Board, Dennis Kim, had a vision to evolve EVS into a leading energy services firm. EVS has extensive experience working with and directly for city, county, state, and federal government agencies on a variety of projects. EVS knows the government process and how to ensure project success as shown by the multiple IDIQs and master contracts held with agencies such as Hennepin County, City of St. Paul, Metro Transit, VA IDIQ, and the Army Corps of Engineers.
From simple substation upgrades to greenfield projects, our team can build modern design solutions as well as innovative upgrades, modifications, and expansions to existing infrastructure. We build to the latest standards and codes ensuring compliance and a smoother licensing and permitting experience.
EVS offers a range of land surveying and engineering services for the transportation and transit market. Our team has worked on some of the largest projects in the state. Having worked with clients such as MnDOT, Metro Transit, cities, counties, and numerous other engineers and design/build contractors, EVS brings experience, expertise, and value to every project.
