"I swear that the healing of my rotator cuff was the result of Donna, and I have told that to a number of people. Your staff is genuinely caring and competent. I have complete faith in Donna and Mitch. A little laughter helps with the cure, too.
You folks are the best."

As an informed, critical consumer, I am pleased to share my review of services provided by Donna Lang-Rice, PT, DPT, Cert. MDT.:
1. Professional, clean environment with ample parking, ease in making an appointment, and careful adherence to COVID safety standards.
2. Courtesy reminder calls and timeliness for appointments.
3. Informed, respectful, effective treatment protocols specific to diagnosis and patient needs.
In summary, knowledge-base and credentials are important. Dr. Rice has used her expert training to provide me with information and techniques to lessen my level of pain and to improve

Just what I was looking for - intelligent, individualized, and goal-oriented therapy to recovery. My therapist was Mitch and she approached everything from this "intelligent and goal-oriented" basis -- she is the best. One time I had to go to another therapist there and soon learned that they were all coming from this same successful basis. My initial thoughts of choosing a center with a "team of therapists" for the best and most up-to-date techniques and practices turned out to be ... greatly satisfied. Should I have any future needs, I will definitely be ... RETURNING to Gilford Physical Therapy

You may think this review is a biased opinion on account of me being an employee here, but I wouldn't even have bothered to leave a review if I didn't think the clinic deserves it.
From being behind the scenes, I can tell you that the people you meet with when first entering this clinic as well as the therapist that you're seeing are exactly who you first perceive them to be; kind and genuine.
I have worked my fair share of jobs from retail to a guard at a prison/jail and I can tell you that there were consistent inconsistencies not to mention 'shift wars' which made the environment uncomfortable

I feel blessed to have found Donna and her physical therapy practice 20 plus years ago and is my go to physical therapy location. I have been to others during this 20 years due to my son's school locations and it only made me realize how knowledgable, compassionate and caring Donna and her staff are! And it made me realize the level of commitment to the patient that is always present at Gilford Physical Therapy and Spine Center. They approach the injury or ailment with your whole body in mind, not just the part that is problematic at the moment. Which saves a ton of time with the rehabilitation

Being a Physical Therapy Student I was able to spend 10 weeks at Gilford Physical Therapy and Spine Center observing and learning from multiple members of the staff. I’ve had the opportunity to see patient’s with all types of injuries, acute and chronic that have benefited from the treatment they receive here. The atmosphere is welcoming and each therapist truly cares about the success of their patients. You can count on them to take the time to understand you and your injury, and provide one-on-one personalized treatment each session. Whether you just had surgery, or have been having pain

After Shoulder replacement surgery I needed to start therapy to regain range of motion. I have been a client for approximately 4 months. I am impressed with the staff, their knowledge and experience. I have found that although the work can be difficult it is rewarding. I recommend this practice to all inquiring.
