We've always had a stinging insect problem but this summer it became unbearable. They nested in our porch step so it posed a serious problem. The poor dog got stung so many times she started to be afraid to go outside. We tried taking care of it ourselves but we couldn't get rid of them. Michael was super responsive and got to us quickly. He looked over the perimeter of our home and found 5 nests. 5!! After his visit we've had no more issues and are so thankful for his help!

Very disappointing experience! Initial visit was fine, he inspected our camper and thought he found the issue… We were told to call back if we had any further issues. Once we saw evidence of more activity, we called right away. We didn’t hear back for about a week or two, then he promised to come back out. He never came back and will no longer return our calls. No trouble billing us the same day of service, but now that we paid he isn’t backing his service.. would not recommend Ares Pest Control…

Ares came through in the clutch. On a holiday weekend my family noticed TWO beehives right outside their window in Maine. My sister is terrified of bees, and Ares came despite being fully booked. I really appreciated the extra effort, they did a wonderful job and I would use them again in the future.

I called with a wasps nest that needed to be removed, Michael came out the very same day and took care of it, which was hard given it was 25-30ft. up in a tree. He was there when he said he would be and took care of the problem quickly. His follow-through was fantastic, Highly recommend his services to anyone looking.

I highly recommend Ares Pest Control. Very fast, very professional service. We have two kittens and didn't want to use chemicals/sprays to deal with a mouse infestation, which is what many of the national services use. Ares did an amazing job identifying the root cause of the problem, and finding and filling in the gaps in the foundation that the mice were entering through. He took the time to do the job right, and came back a few times until all of the entry points were identified and closed, and the problem was fully resolved. Excellent customer service and he got the job done right!!

Ares Pest Control is outstanding. We hired Michael Gilley to help us with a mouse problem. He was very professional and treated our home as if it were his own. There was no long term contract required and his price was very fair. He addressed the mouse problems by trapping the mice that were already in the house and also by identifying and fixing all the ways the mice were getting in. His communication and customer service are excellent. We highly recommend him.
