It's been years since my 2 kids and myself stayed here. I loved it. It's one of Lockport's more quaint spots, if you will. The rooms were clean and they were lovely. It appears to have been maintained very well. I know it's been a long time since I've been here, but it left quite the impression on me. All good!

As a family-owned and -operated business, there’s no generic, antiseptic feel to this well-designed, built and maintained property. Staff are all very friendly, helpful and thoughtful. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, with nice furnishings and the expected amenities (and then some). If staying in Lockport, this is to be the preferred accommodation! (And I am a long-term guest!)

I can't begin to say enough nice things about this Inn! It's very clean and exceptionally well maintained but it's obvious that it's a labor of love for the owners who have owned the property for many decades. The room was very comfortable and was more like staying in someone's really nice guest room than a motel room. The owners are very nice and extremely accommodating. Loved it and would definitely stay here again if we're ever in the area!

I grew up a few doors away from the Lockport Inn on Russell Street. I'm 73 and it's still here. The rooms are plenty big enough for two and we're cleaned and remade every day. I ask for a quiet room and we heard a sound all night.
The price was the best in the area.
There were cars from a dozen different states in the parking areas.
Will definitely use again whenever I'm in Lockport. Family owned for a long time.

We stayed here 3 nights while riding bikes on the Erie Canal towpath. Forget the national brands. This property was great. Cleanliness was exceptional as was service. This property is family owned and operated and it shows. Everyone we met had a personal interest in making our stay wonderful. They even have a place to lock up our bikes. Internet was blazing fast and we were able to attend some Zoom meetings. Close to bike path and downtown historic locks.

Loved this hotel! It was so beautiful and well maintained. There were flowers everywhere and several gazebos to sit in. Every room had its own porch/balcony as well. The pool was a beautiful blue and so clear. The staff were friendly. The whole place had such a quaint vibe and we loved it. Our room was spacious, the beds were comfortable, the bathroom was carpeted, and the shower was great. Would definitely stay here again.

My daughter found this lovely inn and booked two (adjoining) rooms for our mini vacation. Rooms, while small, were clean, comfortable and soundproof. While we knew there were other guests, we never heard them. We were able to relax and felt comfortable enough to watch television, play charades, and laugh hysterically without fear of disturbing others. Staff was friendly and accommodating. We are looking forward to our next visit!

Interesting place. Classic design for a mid century American roadside motel. If you want a funky time warp hotel, this is it.
Current decor is stuck in the...early 80s? Late 70s, I think? Feels like visiting your grandparents in the 80s. Carpet in the bathroom; that's all I really need to say.
Friendly staff, quiet, comfortable rooms.
The throwback touches, now just found in higher end hotels such as real glassware, are nice to see. Who doesn't love a real brass key that never fails?!
Perfect place to film a vintage movie, perhaps?
