The Play Project is a researched based practice that targets social and emotional goals through play; particularly in children with autism. There is extensive training to be certified in this practice and we proudly have employees who are/will be certified. Not only does this practice help the child, but it involves parent training so you can get the interactions you want and deserve with your child.

Parent involvement and participation are extremely vital to the success of this program. We are committed to working as a team to meet your child's needs.
Our Young Pre classroom is for ages. This age group is working on developing their fine and gross motor skills, that are gaining independence and developing their social skills through play. Our eager children have a real thirst for learning and our excellent staff team are committed and dedicated in ensuring that each and every child achieves.
Adirondack Helping Hands, Inc. provides specialized services to children ages Birth to five years, through either Early Intervention or the Preschool Special Education Program. Our teams conduct evaluations to determine if a child has specific needs related to their development, along with any of the services a child may need.
These services are provided with no out-of-pocket expenses. Adirondack Helping Hands is also proud and excited to offer the Play Project to children with Autism. The Play Project is a research based, intensive program for young children with Autism that promotes engagement in a playful way to foster development.

Which instruction format would best meet your family's needs during this crisis? Hybrid-model, which would mean two to three days in person, and two to three days virtual/distance learning.
