Below are a few Yoga studio etiquette tips to help you and your fellow students enjoy their practice at the studio. Classes start on time. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early. This ensures you ample time to get your things put away, find a good place to set your mat and even a pre-savasana to get you into the right mindset for your practice.

We can invite up to 9 students to practice with us in the studio at one time. Because we are so limited for space, no-shows and late cancels impede our services greatly. Cancellations made less than 2 hours before class time will result in a $17 fee. To avoid this fee, please cancel reservations at least 2 hours before class to ensure that other students have ample time to take your place should they wish to join class.
From childhood, Jenny's training began with dance. She performed as a professional dancer for many years, in a career that was competitive and physically demanding. When she was first introduced to Yoga, it was a fun and challenging avenue for fitness and rehabilitation. As time passed, the internal awareness she was experiencing made it evident that Yoga was transforming her life.

Jenny runs her business with a sharp mind, gentle spiritual and wise soul. She has managed to stay on top of all the recent challenges that resulted from the COVID-19 pandemic and has continued to provide a professional service to our community. The yoga teachers have also been creative, resourceful and receptive to help those in their classes with individual needs. We are fortunate to have a group who can think outside the box and deliver amazing work outs!! Thank you!!!

This yoga studio has been my home away from home for the past three years. Jenny, owner and teacher, has been very welcoming, and I have stayed with yoga for far longer than I ever thought it would. A variety of classes are offered; basic, restorative, Pilates (a new addition), heated, senior, and both slow and strong flow. Kids have their own class, too. There are also special events and workshops throughout the year; International Yoga Day is observed, as well as Goat Yoga, something I never thought I would do! The instructors are knowledgeable and friendly. There are drop-rates, as well as

Jenn Noble is a very good instructor. Her prompts were clear and she leaves options open to students with physical issues or lack of experience. It was a yin class that I dropped in on and her conversation while holding the poses were really appropriate and worked to increase the effect of yin's long holding times. She repeatedly encourage proper breath awareness and introspective curiosity about where one was holding back or tightening up ... encouraging you to ask why that part was tightening up. She was very easy going.
