So disappointed in the owner of this company. I’ve brought my vehicles here for 6 years and have never had an issue. Brought one in due to rear passenger brake grinding causing grooves in rotor. Owner became very snarky telling me there was no issue, and that I could come into the shop and show him since I obviously knew more than him. As we were walking into the shop I told him I didn’t appreciate his smart comment. He became more sarcastic at which point I told him to take my car to the front and I’ll bring my business elsewhere. I’ve generally been happy with the service revived here. Although, today I took my vehicle in and specifically asked them to call me first to let me know what was wrong before making the repairs. They said ok and that they’d do so. I didn’t receive a phone call and went back later to my car being finished. They never bothered to call me before fixing. I was disappointed

Our daughter's car was stalling on her way home from Chicago this past week, i tried a few places and no one could get her car in to be looked at except Automotive Service Center, I was so grateful that they took the time and got her car fixed and then for a reasonable price also did her rear brakes. Being so far away makes you nervous but the customer service and the service from the mechanics was unbelievable and super service I will definitely have her bring her car there again when needed Thank you again
